This book is about Malcolm, who is a football player in a summer league. He finds out the winning team gets to practice with a Major League Soccer team. Malcolm gets stuck on the worst team in the league with a terrible coach. I like this book because I'm a huge football fan and I'm signing up to play in a summer league.

Misty Copeland is a famous ballerina. She was poor and came from a bad neighborhood. The book tells about how she became one of the best dancers in the American Ballet Theatre. I love reading about real people, and I really like ballet. This is a great book!

Anne Frank is a real person who lived in Amsterdam during WWII. She and her family, who were Jewish, had to hide from the Nazis in the back of her father's office. It's incredible how brave they were. I like the book, but I also hate it because I dread what going to happen to her. (I already know.)

The first rule about fight club is you don't talk about fight club. Fight Club's narrator quits his job when he meets Tyler Durden, who holds secret boxing matches in the basement of bars. There two men fight "as long as they have to." This is incredible writing that focuses on the core of our modern world.

I love Shel Silverstein. I've read this book about 20 times and it still makes me laugh. My mom used to read it to me when I was little, and I still like to go back and read my favorite poems.
