It has been wonderful to welcome so many boarders back and to see how happy everyone was to see their friends and exchange stories from the holidays! The ski season has started well: On Tuesday Years 10 & 12 went and had beautiful weather, whilst on Wednesday Years 8 & 9 had slightly more challenging conditions but a lot of fun nevertheless!
Our common room is the social centre of our boarding house and throughout the week we had the Boarders enjoy games and puzzles. There were some very competitive Jenga sessions!
On Saturday we had a chilled day on campus, and as the weather was gorgeous, chilly but sunny, we lit the camp fire and toasted marshmallows and ate s'mores!
Sunday was our first Boarders' Ski Sunday and what a day it was! We had blue skies and sunshine from start to finish. A great first ski day for us and may there be many more to come!
